We have been drawn at home in the first round of the challenge cup against Sporting Eastlands the game will take
place on Sunday 27th September with a 10.30am kick off. We hope to do better than last season in this competition when we
lost 6-0 away to Ashbridge United in the first round.
Former X Factor winner Shayne Ward as agreed to become the club president. This is good news for the club as
it will give the club a bigger profile in the future and attract better sponsorship. We are delighted that Shayne as
agreed and we hope having him as our president can bring us success off the field as well as on the field.

The new season will kick off on Sunday 6th September 2009, Although our first game isnt until Tuesday 8th
September away against Butchers Arms.
All players are reminded that they must provide their own black shorts and socks next season as the club will
only be providing shirts this is due to the amount of shorts and socks that went missing last season.
